Friends
Friends are like daisies out in a field,
So beautiful and cheering, they put up a protective shield.
They brighten your day like nothing else can,
Whether you've problems about family, or about a man.
Knowing what to say or what to do,
They always have time, when it comes to you.
When you're lost, they show you the way,
Just so you won't be led astray.
They comfort you when your down,
Even when no one else seems to be around.
You call upon them, and instantly they're beside you,
To do anything for you, or just to see what's new.
They even do little things to help you out,
Like clapping for you or giving out a shout.
Friends have kindly hearts full of love and care,
And you know God also exists there.
They offer kindness, advise, care, and love,
And prayers you may never know of.
Friends are one of God's many gifts,
And friends are the ones that give your heart great lifts.
