I wonder what it would be like,
For you and I to be together,
I wonder how long it would last,
I hope and pray it would be forever.

I wonder what you would say,
When I can finally say the words, "I love you,"
I wonder if I'll feel different,
But that won't matter until I can say the words, "I do."

I wonder what we are,
Just friends or something more,
I wonder when I'll know,
Because you are what I'm living for.

I wonder if you know,
And I wonder if you can see,
How much I truly care for you,
And you are the world to me.

I wonder what would happen,
When our feelings finally collide,
I hope it would be the same as mine,
And not on another side.

I wonder when I'll know,
If you have feelings for me at all,
I wonder if you'll tell me,
Because I would wait an eternity for that call.

I wonder why I'm nervous,
Is it the rejection I can't face?
I feel I am lost forever,
And the pain I can't erase.

I can wonder and wonder,
About the future that isn't there,
I can wonder and wonder,
About the love that won't be shared.
