Your voice dawned like sunshine on my day
Your laughter tickled the air through the way
Your warmth shielded me from my fears
You weaved hope day by day
Until one day I realized
That it was all, but a dream
Like a maze in the desert
I tried to hide my secret- in vain
Hoping that one day it would reach you
Through the warmth in my voice
