My Heaven
This poem is for you, to tell you
what you mean to me.
My life was like a roller coaster,
until I met you. Now my life is like a rainbow
and you are the pot of gold at the end.
You have always been there, I just never
noticed. There was a long distance we had to
travel to find each other, But...
Now that we've found the gold, we will
never lose our way, because the obstacles along
the way have taught me that in order to live in
heaven you will have to go through hell to
appreciate heaven.
My heaven is loving you; the gold, just
a reward we get for finding each other, and our
gold mine will never run dry.
