Shadows Lay
She waits for me in meadows of green
And under the tree she lies...
Dresses in silk that hangs from her shoulders
And glitters in rays of light.
She gazes forth and touches her lips,
intoxicated in its sense.
Shadows lay upon her body
and fills her thoughts, dense.
