Good Bye

I held your hand through all these years/
I gave you a shoulder for all those tears/
I lent you a hug whenever you were down/
I cheered you up by fooling around/
I gave you my heart for you to keep/
I wanted your love so I would not weep/
But all i got back was a simple good-bye/
It hurts to know that you weren't worth my cries/
