The problem in the world today
Is Hate comes before Love
"I Love You" we just cannot say
But Hate... can't get enough

We only listen to our minds
Straight off from the start
We do not care to notice that
Our key lies in the heart

A person's mind just blurts out words
Not knowing what they mean
While the person's heart pours out feelings
The hurt... it does not see

Sometimes what the mind puts out
Is nothing more than Hate
But when we listen to our hearts,
The result will always be great

But sometimes one just cannot tell
The two pathways apart
Next time, when you reach this crossroad
