Together Forever
When I was just a little girl,
I knew you'd always be there.
We knew that forever we'd have each other,
We'd always have a friend.
People knew us as 'us',
Never you and me.
We never were separated,
We couldn't have lived as two.
But as we grow older,
We're slowly drifting apart.
Now we hardly even talk,
And it's really breaking my heart.
I've wondered why we're separating
And I can't find a reason.
So maybe you can help me out
And maybe turn my season.
I'm sure you know,
Anything for you I'd do.
All you have to do is ask,
And I'd preform any task.
