Winds of Change
I felt the wind of change today
and I was frozen by it.
Frozen by its unexpectedness and subtle embrace.
It enwrapped me,
it was a familiar warm wind,
but it was not the same.
It became clear to me
that the wind had whispered to me,
a message from you.
A message of love, a message of serenity.
My being was lifted and my heart was enchanted.
I have stood and waited, so long, for the deluge.
Could this be what I have waited so long for? Yearned for?
Cautious with my approach... in life, in sprit and soul
you lift me.
