I'm sorry I have to break it down this way
I can't seem to find the right words to say
we both knew this wouldn't last
but for some reason you act like it's too fast
we've tried many times to work it out
but the truth is, we don't know what love's all about
I know it's hard to believe after so long
but somewhere, someway something went wrong
don't hate me for doing the right thing
