Today is the day
You broke my heart.

I couldn't figure out
why we had to part.

Today, I saw you,
you were not alone.

For you had someone
new to hold.

Today, my world fell apart.

I found out that
we were not to be, you see,
.... were not to be,

for you were with her
and not me.

Today is the day
I saw her.
