Did you think I would keep
saccharine words of love?
Deception lurked darkly, deep
from hell to heaven above.
Wings of truth became rage,
unfurled, isolation the cost,
on life's strange stage,
in purity sought and lost.
Timelessness became forever.
Forever sank breaking off ties.
Burnt feeble offerings, ever
spun from arrows of lies.
Blood spilt, quite perverse.
Cries heard lifetimes through;
Tossed out to the universe.
