Sanguineous Tears
She came one last time to say good-bye.
As he played and sang... she would never forget.
His voice still echos from the depths of her memory,
As she cries the sanguineous tears of regret.
Now, alone she stands in the shadow of her bringer.
All alone she stands and looks up to the sky.
For she was living the life of a dreamer,
And only came to say good-bye.
She whispered an epitaph as he lay beside her.
These words she knew he would never hear.
"Sweet dreams, my Love, as the world goes by.
May you, someday, face your fears."
"You cannot see, although you have eyes,
And you do not hear, though ears you possess."
As she kissed him sweetly one last time...
"Good-bye, my Love, Good-bye."
