TIME LINES
Why didn't you hear me,
when I called out your name?
You should have been listening;
instead, you played a loosing game.
Now, the water
I thought you walked upon,
has fallen from your feet,
and I have quickly gone.
Will this never free me
that constant need to believe;
all the nonsense you talked,
I never seem to be relieved.
Now, the time has left us;
you let the world interfere.
Your need to travel alone has
put me in limbo for another year.
I tried so desperately
to reach out to you.
What's the difference now;
all that's old is again new.
Forever love, I leave
in your arms to die,
as for me, one day I
will be another's sweet sigh.
