Sitting by the window looking into the moonlit night,
Minutes turning into hours and it feels so right.
Innocent conversation turned into so much more,
Wonderful warm feelings I've never felt so quickly before.
Then it was time to meet, still not knowing what was truly felt,
Then I saw you, our eyes met, and my heart began to melt.
I knew at that moment I wanted to be with you,
My heart racing, afraid you wouldn't feel the way I do.
As we talked I knew you felt the same about me,
At that moment I had a glimpse of what true happiness could be.
Then when you held me and I felt your tender loving kiss,
My heart was content having felt true bliss.
I know we have no idea where we'll go or what will come to be,
Yet, I wonder....
