Your light from within- blinding
black eyes, pools of coal,
behind them lie diamonds,
sparkling with desire
I am awash in the glow of you
soft curves of face
smoothness of skin
the salty - sweet taste of you
Later, I lie still,
inhaling the smell of you
as you dream, words form on
your pouting, coffee flavored lips
I pray you are calling my name
as your light from within,
...blinds me once more
