I always thought forever had no end
until the day he came with love in his eyes
Sorry to say, my dear, wonderful friend,
I don't love you anymore, that... I hope you realize.
I still want to be friends, don't get me wrong
but, I don't see love anymore, with you and me
I wish we could be friends, for a time so long
but, that is up to you, if we can be friends for eternity.
I know I said I'd love you forever
but, when I realized I loved him,
I wanted to be with him, now and forever
because the day he came, my love for you grew dim.
I can't believe I'm saying this to you,
I now know we can't always be together
Only because of one simple fact, that's so true...
