My Eyes

my eyes don't sparkle,
like they normally would,
they don't send off the smiles,
and dances they should.

my smile is ruined,
for a while i see,
for someone i love,
just had to hurt me.

even though it wasn't meant,
to be like it is,
i just want to say,
i want to be his.

he is forever,
forever and a day,
the one i want,
i want him to stay.
