Alone
As the rain falls outside
here in Philly tonight,
I am longing for the arms
of a woman to hold me tight.
Each day that goes by,
I find myself feeling so alone.
I'm not used to coming from work
with no one there to greet me when I get home.
All over Philly tonight,
lovers are asleep
in each other's arms.
be still my heart and be calm.
One day there will be someone

that has passed by in so many ways.
