That night in the past
to bad it didn't last

What fun we had all night
we stayed up 'till light

Sitting out on the lawn
in the early dawn

I wish it could have last
that's all in the past

A times I wonder if it was right
being with you on that night

Now I know it was wrong
it shouldn't have happened all along
