Together Again!!
We used to fight
so many times a day
arguing over stupid stuff
saying things we didn't mean to say.
Our fights became too violent,
so we had to leave each other.
We had to go out in the world
to search for another.
The times we spent apart
only made me miss you more,
but I knew in my heart
that I'd have to close this door.
I spent my nights in bed
wishing I could have you back;
thinking of the things we had
and all the things we lacked.
Now that we are back together
we can finally set things straight,
I know that it has been a long time,
but to me it was worth the wait.
I hope that we don't fight this time
for I have wanted us to be together.
We will stand by each other
and make this last forever.
