there is a love that is so strong,
and it's pouring from my heart.
it's only for a very special girl,
though our lives are worlds apart.
with every wish upon a star
and at the end of every day,
I pray our lives get closer
than they where just yesterday!
I can see it in your eyes at times
and i know that it's in mine.
that even while we are apart
our souls have so entwined.
and when you are by my side,
you take away my fears.
how could i love another,
when it's you who brought me here!
I love the way you make me feel,
how you always do your best
to leave me with a smile.
and you put my heart to rest.
the tender way you hold my hand,
your gentle hug and kiss,
and all your sweet "I love You's,"
