I wish I'd been honest with you from the start,
then this pain I feel wouldn't be in my heart.

For someone at that time, I just didnt know.
But as the days swiftly faded away,
I suddenly realized I loved you, one day.
It was like my sun had finally shone through
The dark cloud I had been under without you.
But now I know that I had made a mistake
because it's not just my feelings, but also yours at stake.
I wouldn't hurt you for all the riches or gold,
But I have, and I didn't have to be told.
Is it too late to start anew
if I promise this time to be honest with you?
Or did I lose my one and only chance
To have the one that could make my heart dance.
