Goodbye
As I think of the good times,
I can only remember a few,
And when I think of the bad times,
I always seem to be with you.
You never loved me as much as you said,
You never really cared,
And now that I think of it,
I always seemed so scared.
Afraid to say something wrong,
Afraid of what you would do,
I lived in silence way too long,
Now I'm through with you.
I don't have to pretend anymore,
Like everything is great,
