Your Eyes
The first time I saw you I fell in love,
as I gazed into your lovely blue eyes, my heart began to melt.
I knew then that it was love at first sight.
I turned and walked away, thinking no more of it,
having hope that someday we'd meet again.
That someday has came,
as I look into our beautiful son's eyes
I see nothing but you.
I take the time to pause and think back on that special day
the day I looked into your eyes.
I know now dreams do come true because I now have you
and two beautiful sets of eyes.
