Brick

Thrown into waters
That are over your head
With a brick
Attached to both your legs.
You try to swim,
You try to float,
But the brick drags you down.
You cannot breath.
You're suffocating.
The sea
Is sucking the life out of you.
And as painful as it may turn out to be,
You know you must find a way,
To let yourself be free.
Before you sink to the bottom...
Before the sea takes you away from me.
