I never felt for anyone
the way I felt for you.
I never had so many visions
of my dreams coming true.

I never wrote so many poems
for just one man alone.
I never used to sit around and wait...
checking the ringing of my phone.

I never felt this feeling
for anyone before,
but I'm sure you know now those feelings
walked with you... right out the door!

I never imagined you could be unfaithful
within two months time.
I never imagined that
you would never be solely mine.

I can't imagine you would even want
to feel another woman's touch.
I can't imagine why through all this pain
I still miss you so much!
