A BLESSING GOD SENT TO ME
i keep reading the messages you sent me,
I keep replaying the conversations you had with me,
All the positive messages you sent me,
All the times you ask me how was my day,
Calling just because i came across your mind today,
All the times you sent 'i miss you' texts,
Always brightens up my day,
The encouraging words you would say to me,
That helps me get through my day,
When i'm going through hard times,
The fact you would take time out your day,
To start a conversation with me,
Trying to get to know me on a friend level,
Not a sexual level,
You express how u genuinely care,
The good morning texts,
And good night texts,
Always gets to me,
I keep replaying when you offer a helping hand,
When everyone was against me,
Times where i felt like giving up,
You were there...
to make sure i would never give up,
You motivated me to keep pushing for my dreams,
Despite what everyone has to say about me,
You are the reason why i decided
To start my dreams as a writer,
You are the reason why i chose to be a fighter,
Hold my head up higher,
Be that intelligent writer that god blessed me to be,
