Sudden Feelings
I know we haven't known each other very long,
But these feelings we seem to have are becoming rather strong.
We have so much in common, so many things to say,
I look forward to talking to you each and every day.
Our eyes have not seen, our lips have not met,
But the more we talk, the closer we seem to get.
I know this may seem sudden to feel like this,
But I think you'll feel the same after our first kiss.
There's not much I can do; I can't control the way I feel.
I sometimes ask myself, are these feelings for real?
Can't wait till that great day when we finally meet
So I can let you have your way and sweep me off my feet.
