Forever Yours
The day you came off that plane
Was the beginning of my life.
As you held me in your arms,
I knew someday I'd become your wife.
The man of my dreams,
The answers to my prayers,
I need and want you near me,
To feel your presence here.
I'm only happy when I'm with you,
And when I'm not, I'm blue.
Our love is stronger than ever,
As it continues to grow
We now know we can weather
Our friends' and family's woes.
We have grown much stronger
As the years have passed us by.
And nothing will come between us,
Not even when we die.
Our feelings of love will flow for always,
Just as it was meant to be.
Our lives together, just you and me,
My destiny, my future,
Is definitely with you.
I have always known that,
And certainly you did, too.
For we have come full circle,
Back to the love we once knew,
And a start at our lives all brand new.
For the day will come when we say, I do,
And together we walk hand and hand
