I care, do you?
by mark  stevens

Could it be your touch,
Could it be your kiss,
Could it be your smile I can't resist?

Whatever it may be,
I think that you should know.
If you love me,
I won't let you go.

I dream of you and me,
that you hold me tight,
and that you kiss me
'till the morning light.

But when I awake,
I see nothing there.
Now I wonder...
If you really care.
