My last hopes have faded
by Felicity Lucy Bond

My last hopes have faded,
As soon will the lights,
I?ve tried so hard,
But lost the fight of fights.

My pain is like a never-ending road,
A constant, vast and unceasing road of hell,
I have traveled along,
Nowhere to go, nothing to tell.

No one to love, no one to be with,
Alone I travel but soon to stop,
I arrive at the cliff,
I?m at the very top.

Ready to jump,
Ready to fly,
Ready to leave,
Ready to die.

If I go will they care,
They?ll probably be glad,
Or they won?t notice,
But they won?t be sad.

I?m ready to JUMP,
I?m ready to FLY,
I?m ready to LEAVE,
I?m ready to DIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
