REALIZE
by BRYANT MAURICE MITCHELL

I finally realized what you mean to me, not just a friend,
but someone I can share my love with to the end,
I finally realized no one can give me happiness you've given me,
or show me the love you've shown me,
I finally realized you complete my life,
and it would be finally complete if you became my wife,
I finally realized it's you who I want to be with,
it's you who God sent as a gift,
the time we missed can never be replaced,
now that the reality is faced it's too late...
you never miss your water until it runs dry,
and you never miss your girl until she waves bye,
when you realize you had love, it's enough to make you cry,
   so my message to all...
don't be blind and let love pass you by
