The Neverending Pain I Caused
by Amanda Deane Turenchalk

Upon my heart,
You've carved your name;
Then it disappeared,
From my own bitter shame...

I've destroyed the trust,
Which you gave to me.
Have chained myself,
Now, I'm no longer free...

The love I feel,
Will forever remain;
I ruined what we had-
I'm the one to blame...

My soul has been taken;
You ripped it away.
It was all my fault,
Yet, we'll both have to pay...

My soulmate is gone,
And so is my best friend.
The pain of losing you,
Will never end...
