Blink of Death
by Liquid  Mercury

Heartbreak hurts...
Can you see death
In the corner of my eye
Can you sense the death
That's taken my mind

Can you feel the death
Pouring from my soul
Can you breath the death
Thats surrounded me whole

Can you smell the death
(Does it make you feel sick?)
If you could bring me back
What would you pick?

This is all your fault
I'm in pain because of you
But I'm just here dying
What can I do?

My heart is bleeding
My eyes can't see
The chains pierce my skin
And I can't break free

I lie in pain weeping
You've left me to die
Your love was withdrawn
I'll never know why

My air was your words
My food was your touch
My drink was your kiss
And my joy was your love

Stranded on my bitter own
No way I will survive
My last blink flashes death
As my heart, at length, dies
