My flower, My love
by Amanda Alicia Smith

Your petals bloomed around my face
and your leaves scraped my skin.
I fell into your softness
and your sweet nectar.

I was enveloped in your love
and devoured by your soul.
I was, and forever will be,
your sun in which you thrive from.

And you, my flower, will forever
feed me with your sweets.
Into night and into day
we live in each other's air.

I love you.
