Where The Ocean Meets The Sun
by Jennifer N Chiaramonte

Little rain drops in the crease of the clouds
Rainbows peaking over the hills- the sun screams out loud
Your eyes rolling like thunder, your hands dancing in my hair
Your body close to mine as the wind gravitates in the air

Soft little whispers spoken with ease
Days turning into months as time just leaves
The nights holding us captive, days setting us free
That's where the ocean meets, the sun and our hearts flee

We stumble through the unknown, leaching a trail
Inside each other, we find our thoughts sail
Oceans deep, lies a new place
Where we find the missing pieces that we both can face
