The Oklahoma Bombing

They say Oklahoma is "OK."
I see they were wrong.
How could someone 
Kill so many people,
Including you,
My dearest love?

In that moment of silence,
I could not stop the tears.
The wind blew upon my face;
So many bodies,
Too many for me to see.
You were one of them,
Only a baby of three.

Oh, please forgive me, darling,
For not staying with you.
But now you're out of this cruel world
In the arms of the Lord...
