Our Oath
by   -MissB

The oath we took goes way deeper,
Than the word of the mouth.

We made a promise,
To stick together.

For richer, for poorer.
When I took you to be mine,
I was not focused on the size of your bank account,
But merely the size of your heart.

Also in sickness and in health.
Our love has no limits.
Even with one leg,
I would love you just the way you are.

Don't forget in good times and bad.
We may not always see eye-to-eye.
We may not always get along,
But still, my heart beats only for you.

Until death do us part, baby!
Even in death,
My heart is forever yours.
You have truly captured my soul.
I believe I am right where I belong.
