Been There
No matter what kind of obstacles I have ever faced
you have always been there.
You have been there to hold me close,
telling me everything would be all right.
You have been there to wipe away my tears.
I cannot think of one single time in my life,
when I needed a shoulder to lean on
or a listening ear that you were not there.
You have been there though all the good and bad.
You are always the first person I turn to when something happens.
No matter how busy you are, how bad your day has been
I know you will be there.
There has not been a time were you once complained,
or said you was too busy.
You are the one person who I wish I could be like.
You are one of God's greatest gifts.
