I'm afraid to let go
I'm afraid to hold on
How could my feelings for you
Turn out to be so wrong

You made me happy
You made me sad
I just can't forget
The love that we had

You always had to show off
To impress even only one friend
But when it was just me and you
Your love would never end

I want to let you know
How much that I care about you
I'm mad that we're over
And I cry 'cause we're through

I'm afraid to let go
I'm afraid to hold on
But I know I'll die
When I realize you're gone
