The True Test
by Rawland Charles Storm

The true test of my love will be
To love you when you donít love me...
To love you when youíre no longer mine
And when we meet, pretend Iím fine

To be concerned with ALL you are
Despite MY problems near and far
To feel close when weíre apart
And thrill that youíre still in my heart

To know Iíll always be right there
You just say "when" and Iíll say "where?"
To have nothing else better to do
Than come and show my love for you

And when remembering all we had
Iíll have just good and nothing bad
Iíll have just love, and you, the same
Iíll feel love when I think your name
