Lost Love
by Susan Rae Nott

Your love flows like a river
Feel my body all of a quiver

Upon your lips is my desire
Feel the passion of my fire

I opened my heart for you to see
In you went and became the world to me

When I look into your eyes, I can't help but see
The tenderness, I wish to god you belong to me

But relationships come so slow
I wish to god this happened long ago

I would cry a million tears
Without you to quell my fears

I want to be happy but at what cost
Without you I know I'm lost

Deep down inside this love is tearing me apart
Even so there's a special place in my heart

So I now turn my back on moments so rare
Made some memories beyond compare
