I am gay and Iím not referring to happy
I do have feelings so please donít hurt me

What If I tell the world scream and shout
Would they then shun me push me out

Have I not the right to a relationship too
Would you be ashamed and misconstrue

Wonít you be happy for I have found love
Passion came to me on the wings of a dove

Doubts if I had them have been removed
My heart and soul now has been soothed

I am in a loving relationship at long last
This is my life whatís done is in the past

I believe I am gay this world must know
Love for a man Iím not frightened to show
