When We Meet
by Amanda Elaine Hayden

I hold you tonight
As I said I would.
Are you holding me?
I wish you could.

When we meet,
I'll cherish you.
I pray we will always
Stay honest and true.

To my heart
You are so dear.
All I need
Is you near.

I love you, darling.
I always will.
At the thought of us meeting,
I get a chill.

You mean so much
To this little heart.
When we meet,
We shall never part.
