infatuation
by Hannah Jo Keen

I shouldn't be thinking
the things that I do
I shouldn't be constantly
thinking of you

I shouldn't be dreaming
of holding you tight
I shouldn't be wishing
for your touch in the night

I shouldn't be yearnng
for your embrace
I shouldn't be wanting
that smile on your face

I shouldn't be lusting
for all of your time
But I'll always imagine
that you are all mine
