Secrets

By: Sharon D. Jones

Deep dark secrets are what I bear.
Under this smile my mouth would not dare.
Let the record reflect I chose to stay quiet.
I second the motion...she wants to hide it.

You know what I am talking about don't you, 'my friend'?
I will never tell a soul, it is with me 'til the end.
It is with me, deep within and will go to my grave.
This is one secret that I choose to save.

Deep dark secrets are what I bear.
Under this smile my mouth would not dare.
Let the record reflect I chose to keep still.
I second the motion...I chose not to feel.
