Falling In Love
by Jenna Bartram
You fall from a tree
he falls from above
but what ever you do
don't fall in love

You told him you loved him
and gave him your heart
he just threw it away
and tore your life apart

You thought you had found true love
and that the love would last
you saw it all so clearly
but all that's in the past

He was once in your heart
and once in your soul
but if you look there now
you would find an empty hole

Now you know you love him
now you know you care
but there is nothing you can do
your love is lost in thin air

You thought you could get over him
that time could heal the pain
you thought that you would soon forget about him
till you walk down memory lane.
