My friend, Laura and I were hanging out with some guys one night and we decided to drink, have fun, and play "Spin The Bottle". I started getting close with Daniel, a guy I didn't even know, and we started making out behind a truck. Well, when I told him to stop, he just kept forcing me to touch him and he kept touching me. He asked me to have sex with him, but I didn't want to. He held me so tightly against the truck, I was crying and screaming for my friend Laura. He wouldn't let me go, he just started raping me. I tried to scream for help but no one could hear me, so it just happened because I couldn't get away from him at all. No one came to help me. I tried to get away from him, but I couldn't because he was holding me so tightly, he had me pinned up against the truck and he was raping me.
The LovePoetry poem that has helped me through this crisis is Hope by Foxy.
I no longer talk to Daniel. I'm still upset at the fact that it happened. It still hurts me to this day, and it's hard for me to get close to anyone because of it.
Don't let people take advantage of you. If you don't want to do something and someone's forcing you, tell them no. If that doesn't help, then scream or try to do something to get away. This has been a horrible experience for me to go through. Sometimes there's nothing you can do, like in my case, I couldn't do anything. Try not to put yourself in a situation where something like this could happen to you.
