A friend is someone who cares for you
  They're there through thick and thin,
  They vow to never leave you
  No matter how much trouble you're in.

  They remember all the yesterdays
  The good ones and the bad,
  They try to erase the tears
  But not the laughs we had.

  Normally you get just one best friend
  But God blessed me with three,
  For these three girls are my best friends
  They are what makes me.

  Melanie makes me laugh
  Kristen's always there,
  Vicky's the one with heart and soul
  She always seems to care.

  They are so important to me
  I would be nothing without them all,
  They are the ones who brighten my days
  And catch me when I fall.

  And so I dedicate this poem to them
  Girls you know we'll always be,
  True best friends forever and always
  We are as one...a unity.
